Missing Magnets

We are always missing magnets, usually one or two. This time it's 12 magnets! I've emailed and called and have had no response. If we could get the missing magnets it would be great.

Hello Heather, we have not received a call or email on this. Hurricanes have been hitting the coast of Florida so we have not been in the office alot in the past couple of weeks. I have not heard from you on missing magnets on any other orders in the past. These items are prepackaged and all the shipping weights looked good on your last order. 100 magnets and 100 tags
